This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the indoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and bar/lounge area. The staff returned my forgotten hairbrush during my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I recommend trying the fitness centre too! I'm coming back for a weekend.

missingWrote a review on May 22good locationclean roomcomfortable bedoutdated roomdripping tap
The Standard Queen Room was pretty dated. Chipped paint and a flaking bed board weren’t the best first impressions. The bathroom tap dripped and couldn't be turned off properly, which was annoying. The whole place needs renovations, especially for the price. Overall, it just felt like it was past its prime.

I recently stayed with a group of friends and had a great time! The indoor pool was a hit. The central location made it easy for us to explore nearby cafes and attractions. For future guests, just note that parking isn't included, and you might have to bring your own snacks as room service isn't always available.

great location but needs some updates
The staff were extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Being so close to the Plains of Abraham allowed us easy access to activities like skating and sledding.
The furniture in our room showed wear and could use replacement.
